Free shipping is available to most of the US States (this excludes HI, AK, PR and other US territories) and will automatically appear as a shipping option during checkout. General transit times are 1-5 business days depending on your location. Transit times vary on the service your package qualifies for and your shipping location. As a general rule of thumb, you can estimate the transit time of the FREE SHIPPING method by viewing the transit time listed with the Small Economy and Standard Shipping Methods. Please note that occasionally items within an order may ship from separate warehouses and the transit time may vary slightly.
We will not re-ship an order shipped using the Free Shipping Method due to a returned package that was deemed 'un-deliverable' by a carrier. Free shipping uses the most economical service based on the weight and shipping address of the package. Most free shipping uses USPS (Postal Services). Orders of high value or larger, heavier items may ship via UPS Ground and may require a signature at delivery.
If you have a specific deadline for delivery of a package, call or email us before selecting Free Shipping and we'll provide a general estimate of transit time. This will give yourself the opportunity to select a paid service that will meet your timeline. We will not provide a Free Ship credit towards a paid service.
